Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets in organic extra virgin olive oil 100g

Our premium anchovies have graced gourmet kitchens worldwide, and are caught in the wild waters off the Cantabrian coast by MSC approved sustainable fisheries between the optimum months of April and June. Their low sodium and high flavour is preserved in certified organic extra virgin olive oil, and matured in the traditional method ‘alla vera carne’ carried out in salting barrels, maintaining 60 years of unique hand processed expertise.

This product is also plastic and BPA free, with a sustainable and recyclable packaging.
