In the context of compliance with applicable legislation, as contained in Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Personal Data, the aim of which is to guarantee and protect, in relation to the processing of personal information, the fundamental freedoms and rights of natural persons, and particularly their honour and personal intimacy, CONSORCIO informs users that: CONSORCIO has adopted technical and organisational measures in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

The Personal Data collected by CONSORCIO are subject to an automated treatment and are incorporated, duly registered, in the Data Protection Agency; their holder is CONSORCIO.

The Personal Data is collected and automatically processed for the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship established, where applicable, with CONSORCIO, and for information, training, commercialisation (a task that is always identified as such) and other activities of the company. CONSORCIO has adopted suitable security levels for the data provided, and has also installed all means and technical measures at its disposal to avoid the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided to us. The user may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised in the LOPD, of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

For this purpose, no information sent the CONSORCIO's CUSTOMERS will be considered as advertising correspondence, provided its object is to maintain the existing contractual relationship between client and CONSORCIO, and provide information, training and other activities related to the service which the customer has contracted from the company.

E.- CONSORCIO is not responsible for the breach of any applicable regulation by the user when accessing the website at www.grupoconsorcio.com and/or when using the information contained therein.

F.- CONSORCIO will not be responsible for any damages that have arisen or may arise, derived from the use of the information, the contents of this website and the programmes included on it. The links and hypertext that enable the user, via the website at  www.consorcio.es, to access the features and services offered by third parties, are not the property of, nor under the control of CONSORCIO; said institution is not responsible for the information contained on any such sites, nor any of the effects that may result from said information.

H.- CONSORCIO is not liable for viruses originating in a telematic transmission infiltrated by third parties (for example, word processor macros, Java applets and the Active X programs), generated to have a negative impact on a computing system.
