Anchovies are a true delicacy for the finest of tastes. Caught at the optimum time between the months of April and June on the Cantabrian coast by MSC approved sustainable fisheries. We prepare these Cantabrian Anchovies using the authentic and traditional handmade methods prevalent for the past 60 years. Packed and matured in a special process “Alla vera carne” carried out in salting barrels. Our products are preserved in delicious extra virgin olive oil from certified organic farmers

This product is also plastic and BPA free, with a sustainable and recyclable packaging.
